As concerns about the spread of the coronavirus COVID-19 increase, I wanted you to know what we are doing to care for both our employees and customers during this time.
Our plan is as follows:
Working remotely, connecting digitally: Our team is continuing to work normal business hours and has the resources and tools they need to do their jobs remotely. We are hustling from home and here to support you with the best-in-class service you’ve come to expect.
Taking care of one another: We will be donating 5% of our profits until May 31st to a local organization supporting vulnerable families who need food assistance and direct relief during this difficult time.
Shipping: Homeplistic is a marketplace that connects with a number of hand-picked suppliers from all over the world. It is essential to us that our team in our distributor centers are safe. Everyone is working at least 6 feet apart which means we have reduced the capacity to assemble your orders. After your order has been shipped, average delivery time is 2 weeks but some orders may be delayed. At this time, essential items are being prioritized for all shipments and packages are spending longer times at sorting centers due to increased precautions being taken.
Packages: I understand there has been expressed concerns around packages being shipped internationally being unsafe. CDC states "In general, because of poor survivability of these coronaviruses on surfaces, there is a very low risk of spread from products or packaging that are shipped over a period of days or weeks at ambient temperatures. Coronaviruses are generally thought to be spread most often by respiratory droplets. Currently there is no evidence to support transmission of COVID-19 associated with imported goods and there have not been any cases of COVID-19 in the United States associated with imported goods." In addition, postal service stated they are disinfecting all of its post offices, processing centers and vehicles as a health precaution.
When will I receive my order?

Can I still shop?
Yes, we are still taking orders at this time, but delivery will be delayed. If you do place an order, we will keep you updated on delivery and you can also track the latest status of your order here.
We will continue to keep an eye on the situation and make further adjustments to our action plan if and when necessary. The health and well-being of our clients, team, and community are of utmost importance to us and will continue to be our north star as we navigate the road ahead.
