Refund Policy

At Homeplistic, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to feel like every item is the perfect match for your home. We are always available for contact if you have any concerns. 


You can return most items for a refund or store credit within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping costs apply, and the item must be in its original condition and packaging to be accepted. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Sale Items

Christmas Collection items

Items marked “Non-returnable” on the product page

Items returned more than 7 days after delivery

Stolen items (have to be filed via shipping carrier)

Processed or In-Transit items

Any item that has been used or is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Refunds (if applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email within 5 business days to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

We offer free replacements for any incorrect items received or items that are defective or damaged. To be eligible for a free replacement, you must notify us of the incorrect, defective or damaged item within 2 days of delivery. We require photo evidence that you received the incorrect item or that it is defective.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to the original method of payment, this can take up to 3 business days to show back into the account.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 

Then contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable) 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges (if applicable) 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return. 


To return your product, please contact us to fill out a return form. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs from the purchase are non-refundable.

Please keep the tracking for your return, we are not responsible for lost packages. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
